Sugary Sweet FO
Pattern: Mrs. Beeton
Yarns: Rowan Kidsilk Haze and Rowan Silk Wool DK
Wow, I loved this pattern. I have been wanting to make these for a while, and I am so glad I finally did. It's a quick, fun pattern, and the results are beautiful.
Although, I have to admit that, as much as I like frilly, sparkly, pink, girl-y things, these definitely border on "too much". I like them though, and I will totally wear them this fall and winter. I would make them again, just maybe not in such a cotoon candy color scheme. I also think they would be lovely without beads. But ya'll know how much I love knitting with beads!
If you've been considering this pattern, go ahead and do it. It's very entertaining. Oh, and did I mention that it took me less than 24 hours to complete the pair?

Very girly! I love it!
I can't think of a word that describes these better than pretty, so very pretty.
Look at those little beauties! Very nicely done!
Oooo, pretty. My inner girly-girl just sat up and cheered!
Those are beautiful. Where is the pattern from? is it a book or what? I LOVE those. They are a little over the top - but sometimes that is JUST right.
I've been tempted by this pattern myself. I love yours and I'm tempted all over again!!
Very refined :) I hadn't noticed this pattern before-- it looks like a winner!
Those are adorable! Very cute and feminine.
They are beautiful!
They look - decadent! Under 24 hours? That's even better.
totally cute frilly girly thing. I love 'em!
I love pink, so I might be biased, but these are gorgeous! They look like fun, too.
This is going to sound very stupid of me, but what are they? I'm assuming they're mitts of some sort? Sorry!
I think the color and beads are lovely, though. Perfect for those "I just want to scream that I'm a woman" days.
Ohhh these are so pretty. I think I need to make some to go with my superb scarf! :D
So cute I feel sick.
Love the pink with those beads! Very pretty!
those mrs beeton's are the fluffiest, girliest, most beautifull little pieces of cupcake I have ever seen!
